I am constantly striving to improve your Bitcoin BIP-329 label management experience, and I am delighted to announce the release of Labelbase v2.2.3, packed with new features and improvements to further enhance your Bitcoin label management experience.



What’s New in Labelbase v2.2.3?

  • New UI: A card-based label list view optimized for small screens (mobile devices).
  • Improved UI/UX: Enhanced status and error messages for a smoother user experience.
  • Testnet Support: Added "Address Derivation" support for Testnet keys (tpub, upub, vpub).
  • Samourai Backup Import: Import your samourai.txt backups directly into Labelbase.
    WARNING: This process will expose the seeds from the backup file during import. Use this feature only on your personal Labelbase instance under your control!
  • Frontend codebase cleanup for better performance.
  • Reworked Electrum background operations (UTXO lookup)
  • Updated dependencies to ensure stability and security.
  • Minor bug fixes and numerous code improvements.


Availability

Labelbase v2.2.3 is now available for all self-hosted instances. Update today to take advantage of these new features and enhancements. The one-click-node distribution packages will be updated as soon as possible.
